Can I rollover unused sessions?
Tanning sessions do not roll over; they must be used within the active billing month to ensure you stay glowing.
How does the retail discount work?
Members receive an automatic 15% discount on all retail products available in our studio at the time of purchase.
How does the billing cycle work?
Memberships are billed monthly on the date you initially joined. Your credits for two signature tans will refresh at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Absolutely. We require a 30-day notice prior to your next billing date for cancellations. There are no hidden fees or long-term contracts.
